Li-ion Tamer Generation 3 provides the earliest detection of failing lithium-ion batteries (off gas detection of battery electrolyte vapors), well in advance of smoke and conventional gas detectors. With early warning of the initial signs of failing lithium-ion batteries, proper mitigation steps can be taken to prevent progression to a catastrophic thermal runaway.

Li-ion Tamer Generation 3 is highly scalable and can be configured for cost effective protection of giga factories, energy storage installations, data centers and many other applications where lithium-ion batteries are used, stored, manufactured, assembled or at the end recycled. It provides multi-point temperature and humidity measurements for improved situational awareness/ environmental control and its simplified installation (daisy-chain connections between sensing nodes) reduces cabling material and setup time.
