Dear Business Partner, dear Customer,

In order to clarify certain open issues, to reflect legislation changes, to precise the wording and to correct minor mistakes we have implemented changes to all Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”) of Honeywell Life Safety Austria GmbH. The changed Terms and Conditions will come into effect on 1 October 2017 and apply to all quotations and purchase orders submitted from such date. Quotations and purchase orders submitted before 1 October 2017 are governed by the current Terms and Conditions.
